One of the technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is capture
and storage of CO2. Over the past years PDC has performed
major R&D projects, resulting in a significant enhancement of the technical and
economic feasibility of CO2 capture technologies
(pre-combustion, post-combustion and oxy-fueling).

Our involvement concentrates on two important aspects:

Especially our independent techno-economic evaluations are considered highly
valuable for comparison of capture technologies of varying maturity in a specific
industrial scenario. PDC worked for major oil companies and participated in European
consortia (CCP-2 , CACHET ) collaborating with leading industrial partners,
academia and research centers.
